ULT offers worldwide shipping where service is available through our distribution partners.

All Shipping dates will be confirmed after purchase, as these can only be estimated due to stock and product type.

Public realm products are typically made to order due to size, but we will confirm with lead-times. For advanced knowledge of lead-times please contact us at sales@ultdesign.co.uk

UK Orders

Most deliveries within the UK should arrive within 7 days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

We have 3 delivery services we use, these are categorised as follows:

Small Items - These will be sent via Courier or if large enough quantities (bulk) will be palletised. If the pallet option shows at checkout, then the order has qualified as bulk. Please choose the pallet service if this is the case.

Pallet Service - These are based on weights and location.

Dedicated Delivery - This is for any product bigger than a standard euro pallet ( 1.2m x 1m x 1m)

Worldwide Orders

Deliveries outside of the UK may take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.

These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country.

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.
